Exodus 15

Amplified Bible (AMP)

18 The Lord will reign forever and ever.

19 For the horses of Pharaoh went with his chariots and horsemen into the sea,

but the Israelites walked on dry ground in

the midst of the sea.

20 Then Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took a timbrel in her hand, and all the

 women went out after her with timbrels and dancing.

"For with God nothing shall be impossible."

 Luke 1:37, KJV.

 NOTE WELL:

for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

That the man of God may be perfect,

thoroughly furnished unto all good works."

2 Timothy 3:16-17,King James Version (KJV)

"And Jephthah came to Mizpeh unto his house,

2 Samuel 6:14-16

English Standard Version (ESV)

14 And David danced before the Lord with all his might. And David was wearing a linen ephod.

15 So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the Lord with shouting and with the sound of the horn.

David and Michal

16 As the ark of the Lord came into the city of David, Michal the daughter of Saul looked out of the window and saw King David leaping and dancing before the Lord, and she despised him in her heart.

2 Samuel 6:14-16

14 David, wearing a linen ephod, danced before the

LORD with all his might,

15 while he and the entire house of Israel brought up the

ark of the LORD with shouts and the sound of trumpets.

16As the ark of the LORD was entering the City of

David, Michal daughter of Saul watched from a window.

And when she saw King David leaping and dancing

before the LORD, she despised him in her heart.

17 They brought the ark of the LORD and set it in its

place inside the tent that David had pitched for it, and

David sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship

offerings before the LORD.

18 After he had finished sacrificing the burnt offerings and

fellowship offerings, he blessed the people in the name of

the LORD Almighty.

Psalm 30:11-12, Amplified Bible
11
You have turned my mourning into dancing for me;
You have taken off my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,
12
That my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent.
O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever.

"Commit your works to the Lord,

And your thoughts will be established."

A Time for Everything

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 King James Version (KJV)

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

"Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness,

 and for his wonderful works to the children of men!"

Psalm 107:31, KJV
